How long will it take to receive my order? How long will it take to receive my order?

Currently, as all of our products are handmade to order, lead times are around a week. Delivery is 3-5 days for mainland UK orders, although recent delays and industrial action may affect this. As our business scales, we hope to bring on more staff to allow us to produce a larger inventory which will allow for faster delivery times. Bespoke colour orders remain the week lead time.

Are your products dishwasher safe? Are your products dishwasher safe?

No, we recommend handwashing all of our products.

Are your products microwave safe? Are your products microwave safe?

No, we do not recommend microwaving any of our products.

Yes, our products are all thoroughly sealed with a certified food-and-drink-safe sealer.

Can I order a bespoke colour? Can I order a bespoke colour?

We embrace creativity, and always welcome a new challenge. As such, we do accept bespoke colour orders, but as there is a proofing process needed, we require a minimum order of 4 cups. This minimum can be all in one size, i.e. four Latte Cups, or can be spread out amongst sizes, such as two Latte and two Cappuccino cups.

Can I use my cup for hot or cold drinks? Can I use my cup for hot or cold drinks?

Yes. All of our cups work well with hot or cold drinks.

What is the best way to care for my cup? What is the best way to care for my cup?

Taking care of your cup couldn't be easier; just a quick handwash with warm and / or soapy water and left on the drying rack is all it takes. We do not recommend submerging your entire cup in water for extended periods of time or placing it in the dishwasher.

My cup has started to change in colour / texture in some areas on the outside, why is that? My cup has started to change in colour / texture in some areas on the outside, why is that?

We believe coffee is an important part of your daily ritual, and the way you consume it, and the products used, an extension of your personality. As such, the exterior of all of our products are treated in such a way that natural high-use points: the handle, the rim where you drink from most frequently; if you clasp with two hands or hold by the rim, will naturally darken, smooth, and patina more over time. This aging process makes the cup uniquely yours, and each scar, mark, or stain will tell the story of your coffee ritual.
